• Lenel OnGuard Enterprise
• Lenel Network Video Suite
• Axis Camera Management
• 5+ years of experience with large scale access control systems (enterprise experience a plus) as a Support Analyst
• Demonstrated experience in working with internationally based staff to deploy and support security systems which will require multiple time zone flexibility.
• Strong security analytical skills 
• Ability to work on multiple projects and tasks at one time is required, meet deadlines, prioritize and work independently while producing quality work safely and reliably
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills & Good interpersonal skills (Multi-lingual is a plus!)
• Ability to work with a diverse group of people from a variety of cultures and backgrounds

Responsibilities: 
• Maintain and monitor the corporate enterprise access control and surveillance systems
• Responsible for Level 1-2-3 support of the security applications
• Be able to respond to IT support requests that may require off-hours support for outages
• Performs programming for the enterprise access control, CCTV and related physical security applications
• Maintain functional and technical requirements for business sponsored applications with primary focus on information protection compliance and design of the physical security systems
• Gather information and assist in multi-region implementation activities for deployment and support of business infrastructure and security applications
• Document business requirements & derive viable alternative solutions
• Participates in the development of test scripts based on documented requirements 
• Develop and implement standard templates and apply hardening guidelines to network security devices.
