* Devise or modify procedures to solve problems, considering computer equipment capacity and limitations.
* Troubleshoot problems, manage risks, and schedule deadlines for technical deliveries.
* Consult with users to identify current operating procedures and clarify program objectives.
* Write documentation to describe program development, logic, coding, and corrections.
* Write manual for users to describe installation and operating procedures.
