JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

·         Provide Level 2 support consistent with Network data and voice support models.

·         Maintain a working knowledge of: o Network data (Cisco/Juniper routing, switching, WAN/LAN protocols)

o Voice technologies (Legacy PBX, Cisco, MS Lync)

o Network Services Internal Processes.

·         Maintain operations reliability

·         Plan network changes

·         Resolve network problems

·         Participate in review meetings as required to support network implementation activities

·         Provide recovery and restoration of the network in event of a disaster or major incident

·         Security and Controls

·         Comply and contribute to completing Security and Controls process regarding Network data and voice technologies

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

·         Experience with implementing and maintaining Network monitoring and alerting systems; OpenNMS knowledge preferred

·         If no experience in OpenNMS, must have experience on similar tools such as Cisco Prime Infrastructure, Splunk or Solarwinds Orion, IBM – NetCool, HP Node Manager

·         Experience with developing scripts in support of Network monitoring systems

·         3+ years of experience with Java development

·         3+ years of experience with presentation layer development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery and popular SPA frameworks such as AngularJS

·         3+ years of experience in a Python script development

·         Knowledge of GROOVY programming language

·         Knowledge with PERL programming language is a plus

·         Experience with REST API development and consumption

·         Good working knowledge of relational databases and SQL query language (Postgres, MS SQLServer)

·         Very good knowledge of web-related protocols (HTTP, TLS, DNS)

·         Understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

·         Experience with SYSLOG, SNMP, and streaming telemetry

·         System administration experience; Linux preferred, Windows a plus

·         Supply Chain Management IT analyst implementing solutions in SAP environment specializing in Integrated Business Planning and SAP SCM/APO.

·         Ability to perform IT design, configuration, prototyping, unit testing/documentation, batch variants setup and define management of change requirements.

·         System Design skill with strong ability to collect business requirements, perform a fit/gap analysis, apply SAP industry best practices, and define use cases for implementations in a global environment.

·         Ability to write solid and detailed functional and technical design documents in English, to be handed over to developers or other project staff, covering design for configuration items and custom developments as well as work with business experts to understand their requirements, guide and advise them on best solution approach managing business experts with confidence.

·         Experience with Cloud solutions a plus

·         Experience with Cloud integration is a plus.

Requirement 3 : IBM Cognos TM 1 DIPSS Analyst

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

The role is an analyst in support of the PRICES TM1 and DIPSS systems. PRICES TM1 is a multidimensional database program that is used for analysis and distribution of market prices (e.g. crudes, products, etc.). These prices are received daily from several vendors and are used by the downstream business worldwide, both by users of the system and by interfacing the prices to various ERP system (e.g. STRIPES, RAMP, GEMS, etc.).

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

·         Support a number of Excel spreadsheets that are connected to the database and used by the business for analysis.

·         Coordinating with vendors, the business and other support teams.

·         Configuring new quotes in the database.

·         Making enhancements to respond to changes in the business environment.

·         Monitor daily interface jobs (vendors and ERP interfaces)

·         Troubleshooting issues with the existing system. DIPSS is the Downstream Planning System also using TM1. Business partner is F&L, Midstream S&T, Refining, BAR and BCoE.

 

REQUIRED SKILLS:

 

·         Analytical trouble-shooting skills

·         Previous technical experience with Cognos TM1 and some programming language and/or database

·         Expert MS Excel experience

·         Good communication and problem solving skills.

·         Strong initiative and quick learner

·         Oil&Gas industry is a huge advantage/desired

Requirement 4 : Tricentis Tosca Test Lead - Testing Enterprise Services Team (T.E.S.T.)

JOB DESCRIPTION

 

Test Lead is a key position in projects, leading the test assessment, the creation of the test plan, test schedule, test case development, execution, and fixing for both functional and non-functional requirements. Can also be responsible for partner application, interfaces, rewrites and retirements that will take the work into cutover.

 

Project execution is for both traditional/waterfall and agile.  Agile requires early test engagement and automation using one of several tools, including TFS and Tosca.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

 

·         Responsible for project intake and facilitating intake, team metrics, and process improvement and implementation for the test team(s)

·         Actively participate in agile release/sprint planning, user story creation, and acceptance criteria, leading to test case development

·         Work with automation specialist for test automation development

·         Determine non-functional testing requirements (i.e. performance, usability, penetration testing, etc.)

·         Assist with test environment and  data management

·         Define and track Quality Assurance metrics including defects, defect counts, test results, and test status

·         Frequently communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to team members and management

·         Facilitate test execution status and defect meetings

·         Liaison for the business during UAT

·         Responsible for test planning and leading execution of formal test plan

·         Coordinate individual testers daily activities and assign work
