- 3+ years of experience workforce software development role.
- Experience with application configuration.
- Experience in working with a proprietary programming language.
- Strong SQL and XML skills.
- Familiarity with business applications and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well as a team member or individually.
- Knowledge of HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance is an advantage.
- Logical and technical mindset for analyzing problems and identifying root causes
