Mode:                  Long-term Contract

 

Job Description:

Required experience 9+yrs Java backend developer Tools & Technologies: Core java, Spring, Spring MVC, Hibernate, Guice, Maven, Junit, SOAP webservices using JAX-WS, REST web services using JSON, Design patterns, Maven, Tomcat (or any web server), SOAP UI

Nice to have: Memcached, Basic Git (or SVN atleast), JSP/Servlet, any logging framework, UML Airline domain knowledge would be an added advantage.

 

• Mainly developing and enhancing REST webservices for various APIs  

• Consuming SOAP web services from GDS  

• Managing JVM, monitoring thread usage and memory leaks  

• Creating class diagrams (Not necessary for the candidate)  

• Monitoring logs in database and Linux servers  

• Writing frameworks for the team to use  

• Should be able to work independently and mentor juniors.  

• Must have good communication and client facing skill.
