Urgent need of Test Manager === Richmond, VA.

Note : This is not a Tester role need Manager. 

Position: Test Automation Manager

Location: Richmond, VA

Duration : 3-6 months 

 

Technical Skills/Background:

• QTP and Selenium Automation, with hands on VB scripting and Java scripting. (preferably more on Selenium, QTP knowledge is added advantage),
• Automation Framework designing and implementation
• Deriving E2E Automation solution with Integration tools like Bamboo, Jenkins (Preferably Bamboo)
• Version control tools like Bit bucket, Tortoise SVN (Preferably Bit bucket)
• SFDC testing, Mobile testing, using Sauce Labs
• Hands on RDBMS concepts and experience with SQL (preferably DB2)
• Good knowledge on OOPS concepts
• Experience in maintain best practices of developing and maintain Automation Suite
• Experience on test management using HP QC/ALM

 

Functional/Application/Process Skills:

• Experience on Agile process and hands-on Agile-Scrum using JIRA and Project Management SCRUM Concepts
• Experience in sales and distribution functions using major ERP apps (SAP, Oracle EBS or JDE E1 Preferably JD Edwards Enterprise One).
• Experience or good knowledge on pricing systems
• Experience or good knowledge on warehouse manage systems
• Knowledge on test data management

 

Coordination, Project Management and Communication Skills:

• Independent and self-motivated with excellent communication skills
• Flexible, Sharp and Quick to learn new concepts and processes
• Experience with Onsite and Offshore Collaboration
• Experience in Demos and presentation of Status reports and Governance
• Experience in Resource allocation, billing and cost
• Manage customer expectations, issues and escalations
