Oracle Fusion HCM Workforce Deployment, Communication, Presentation Skill

7 years of ERP experience,

Ability to gather requirement from client.
Taking ownership of task. Should be able to distribute the task among stake holders.
Analyzing ability.
Should be able to do Feasibilty study.
Should be able to come up with proper solution.

Presentation and writing skills
