Position: NetSuite ERP Administration Specialist
Duration: 6 month contract
Location: Greensboro, NC
Rate: $35/hr

JOB SUMMARY
This is a temporary position which may lead to a full time position in the future.
Responsible for the maintenance, support, and implementation of the corporate NetSuite ERP system. Knowledge of systems administration, change management, process improvement, business requirements documentation, data analysis, and reporting technologies required. Recommends the design and configuration of ERP systems. Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and provides support leadership and management in order to provide a high level of service to the associates and customers of COMPANY.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Supports and manages the NetSuite ERP, CRM, eCommerce, and Reporting system.
• Interface with ERP implementation team to address customization and configuration requirements based on business needs to achieve overall project goals.
• Lead cross-functional development efforts and build/manage technology platform from design through delivery overcoming challenges and unknowns.
• Develops implementation plans, reports, custom scripts and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability. Trains staff in how to use new software and reports developed and/or acquired.
• Conducts data analysis and report development as required to support business functions.
• Meet all project milestones for implementation of ERP system.
• Collect and document business requirements for integration and implementation into ERP system.
• Analyze workflow, process improvement, and business practices to streamline business operations.
• Develop ERP reporting as required.
• Performs troubleshooting as required. As such, leads problem-solving efforts often involving outside vendors and other support personnel and/or organizations.
• Communicate effectively with senior management and manage risks, change control, and progress.
• Stays current with technological developments in business application technology and recommends ways for COMPANY to take advantage of new technology.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
• Bachelor degree with a technical major, such as engineering or computer science or equivalent work experience.
• Business Application Administration/System Engineer experience with NetSuite ERP platform.
• Must have working knowledge of NetSuite ERP, Workflow, Scripting, Bundles, and Release processes.
• Experience with user setup and management of roles and permissions.
