Requisition Details:
Looking for USA citizen or GC Card holder software QA Consulting Lead who will be responsible for planning, leading and overseeing the testing activities for complex multi-product implementations in P&C Insurance domain. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded quality assurance professional with broad experience in project management, business analysis, and technical proficiency within the Quality Discipline
Job Responsibilities
• Extensive knowledge in Insurance Domain with P&C Background
• Strong understanding of ETL architectures and experience deploying ETL solutions in a data warehousing environment
• Experience in writing of Stored Procedures, Functions Packages, Triggers, Complex SQL Queries, manipulating test data through SQL statements
• Expertise in the planning and execution of software testing, including hands-on testing and process improvement experience. Experience with multiple test methodologies and ability to appropriately identify alternative approaches
• Experience with aspects of project management and business analysis is preferred
• Design, drive and oversee testing activities for complex commercial insurance programs with multiple products and interfaces around Policy Admin, Billing and DWBI/Reporting systems
• Deliver high quality software products and services on time, on budget and to the specification
• Work with and mentor team members with their initiatives / projects in onshore-offshore setting
• Advanced ability to create, analyze and report on quality metrics for distribution / discussion with clients, senior leaders and project teams
• Oversee the development and execution of test plans and monitoring and reporting on test execution
• Work with cross-organizational business and development teams to understand product vision and requirements

• Excellent interpersonal skills, including oral/written communication & influencing skills
• Good analytical, diagnostic and creative problem solving skills.
