Job Summary:
• We are seeking an experienced project manager to manage deployments and releases across many large scale enterprise applications for client and coordinate operations and maintenance initiatives and tasks Goals are to ensure smooth releases across Java and AEM infrastructure; and answer /coordinate answers and evidence for client Audit based upon required timing and run incidents during duration -coordinating teams to resolution and communicating across all stakeholders through to final RCA.
• The management view is beyond any one project or application- instead the focus is holistic and must maintain the integrity of the infrastructure - a roll-up of all the activities to Governance Management
• Analytical and problem solving ability blended with excellent Program Management Leadership Track all activities in Jira - leveraging proper workflows and processes
Documentation - process updates and changes Record tracking for audit Regular reviews and post of evidence (records of review and modification posting to the appropriate wiki space) Experience in Complex collaborative environment Ensure Processes are followed with required approvals and records Communication- Status; Risks; Issues; Follow up and Follow Through Ensure that all activities support releases for projects are delivered on-time Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility as it relates to the applications
Essential Job Functions:
• Project/Program Manager- Focused on Release Planning/Management; Operations and Maintenance
Other Responsibilities:
• Coordination and Communication between vendor Partners, client IT teams to achieve all goals Experience with PMO frameworks, delivery processes, coaching, mentoring and counseling, project planning and scheduling, creating WBS, scope definition and change control, cost analyses and budgeting, earned value analyses, issue and risk management, and software project estimation. Change control, change request, risk and issue escalation and mitigation, reporting to various group of Stakeholders and managing and maintaining dash-board Solid software process skills. Proven ability to analyze business requirements or gaps in existing solution, then introducing strategic and tactical solution.
Note: - We are looking for candidate with ITIL certification.
