Job Responsibilities
· Leading offshore QA team members.
· Leading daily QA status meetings and resolving obstacles preventing project progress
· At least 5 years' experience in Property and Casualty Insurance commercial lines . Understanding and exposure on Commercial Property CP, General Liability GL, Crime CR Inland Marine IM as well as Commercial Package Policy CPP
· At least 5 years' experience with P and C Policy Administration Systems in-depth knowledge
· Accenture's Duck Creek platform knowledge and integration of its components
· Strong experience in testing Policy administration and its integrations.
· Experience with Commercial Policy coverage's ,Premium Rating and Forms
· Strong knowledge in ISO published coverage's , rates flow into test environments and ISO versions.
· Ability to verify screens, fields, reports and database
· Working with onshore and offshore team members as necessary, over a teleconference
· Providing issue resolution and risk assessments
· Participating in business requirements walkthrough meetings and providing feedback
· Reviewing business requirements and technical documents with a focus on creating test scripts data and identifying documentation gaps preventing test script completion
· Must possess strong testing, analytical, organizational, and communication skills written and verbal
· Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related degree
· Experience utilizing formal QA methodologies, standards, best practices, processes and or procedures
· Hands-on experience with SDLC, QA processes, standards, test management, defect management, problem resolution, status reporting
· In depth knowledge of policy workflow, premium rating, and forms
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
· Strong attention to detail, self-motivated and a willingness to learn
· Capable of working on multiple projects and various tasks simultaneously and independently

Job Role: Senior ETL Tester (Insurance domain)
Job Location: Amelia, OH
Job Type: Long term Contract (6+ Months)
Technical Skill Set:
1. 5+ Years of experience in ETL Testing (using Informatica, SQL, Unix/Linux commands or any other ETL tools) is must. Extensive and practical experience in manual testing.
2. Provide assistance to the team in Test Estimation & Test Planning
3. Requirement Analysis
4. Test Schedule Tracking
5. Prior experience of testing an ETL based application involving Informatica/SAP Business Objects.
Responsibilities:
1. Creation of test cases for system testing based on project requirements and system specifications
2. Manage and/or perform appropriate level of testing, such as integration, functional, system, regression, and load testing using appropriate manual testing and/or automated testing tools.
3. Manage defects to ensure that problems are analyzed, documented and resolved based on criticality and priority
4. Maintain effective communication with project team members and business stakeholders to ensure that testing statuses and associated issues are shared in a timely manner
5. Review and provide constructive feedback on requirements, specifications and technical designs.
