Strong knowledge of PLSQL
J2EE, PLSQL , Ability to manage change effectively, Strong networking skills and ability to work across multiple organizations to meet the delivery timelines.
Interaction with multiple customer groups for delivering enhancements/projects
Coordinating the offshore team and with offshore team members on a day to day basis
If necessary develop certain critical components
Analysis of data as and when necessary
Design integration with different systems

Good communication skills
Good team spirit and problem solving capability
