DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
Provide Business Analysis deliverables for Planning Project using preferred Requirements Management tools. 

Relevant candidates will include dedicated Business Analyst who have 10 years' of experience with the below deliverables and requirements. 

Minimum deliverables include: 
- Process Model / Workflows
- User Persona for each role
- Acceptance and Evaluation Criteria Definition
- Use Cases, Descriptions and Maps
- User Interface Layouts
- Report Layouts and Table
- Test scripts and scenarios
- Security Roles and Permissions Matrix
- Structured Walkthrough Sessions with Stakeholders
- Training Materials 

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS OF PERSONNEL
- A minimum of 10 years' of experience as a Business Analyst working on IT projects (THIS IS A MANDATORY REQUIREMENT)
- Agile/Scrum experience and 3 months as a Scrum Master preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively across department, divisions, functions, cultures and levels in a large global company. Guide teams to successful execution of strategies and network effectively and share best practices within and outside the company. 
- Demonstrated ability to use strong business acumen and creativity to identify opportunities to optimize delivery practices, processes, and models that align with and support business objectives. 
- Ability to use strategic critical thinking and analytical problem solving skills. 
- Demonstrated ability to engage key stakeholders and gain support by making a compelling case for change initiatives. 
- Demonstrated ability to plan and lead the implementation of process, or technical changes. 
- Ability to facilitate senior project teams, guided by a strong understanding of group dynamics while driving results and assist in the development of team business planning. 
- Ability to function as a core member of a program or project team 

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Business Analysis experience for a minimum of 3 years working in global oil and gas big majors with enterprise level Requirements Management framework tools
- Working knowledge of planning processes. 

SOFTWARE APPLICATIONS AND TECHNICAL DATA
- Extremely Proficient in all Microsoft Office 2010 products including Visio
