· Expert level on Spring Framework (probably 3+ years of daily experience) · Knows and applies the most popular GoF Design patterns · Knows and applies the most popular architectural and design principles · Experts on Maven builds · Experience with Java 8 SE APIs · Core developer, web services(REST, SOAP, WebSockets), persistence frameworks(JPA, MyBatis) · Knows how to write Junit tests · Experience improving performance and troubleshooting for different types of applications. · Java certified programmer · Excellent communication skills, need to keep relaxed and comfortable during interview, I think this is the most important requirement if they want to go further in the process.
Preferable: · Experience with search tools such as Solr/Lucene · Experience with data caching tools like Apache Hazelcast or Jboss Infinispan, Jboss Datagrid, JCS, cache2k, OS Cache, Eh Cache · Experience with continuous integration tools like Jenkins, TeamCity and Others · Experience with DB such as SQLServer, Oracle, DB2, monitoring performance and locks · Some exposure to write and consume .Net services (not a deal breaker)
