Position:- Incident Manager(USC, GC, GC-EAD)

Position Type:- Right to hire

Location:- SCHAUMBURG, IL(Local only)


What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? 
Strong interpersonal skills and focus on building a strong team culture
Excellent technical, organizational and management skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Calm under pressure with the ability to multi task and re-prioritize workload accordingly
Strategic thinking, strong decision making and delegation skills
Dependable, accurate and results focused
Background in technical support, operations or systems engineering and architecture
Strong fault finding/ diagnostics/ trouble-shooting skills
Methodical approach to problem solving and attention to detail
Effective time management skills; with the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously
Experience with prioritizing tasks due to shifting priorities
Ability to apply expert knowledge of enterprise operations to the most complex problems and to direct, train, and guide less experienced staff.

What skills/attributes are needed?
10-12 years of related network/infrastructure experience.
Demonstrated incident management experience in a large-scale, multi-platform environment, supporting 24x7 operations.

What skills are desired?
Accreditation for ITIL framework.

What are the work hours? This is an evening shift position; Monday through Friday 3pm-12am
