MOI : Telephonic followed by Skype Skills Required: Yrs. » Communication 4-6 Yrs » Consulting 4-6 Yrs » Implementation 4-6 Yrs » Master Data 4-6 Yrs » SAP 4-6 Yrs » SAP SCM 4-6 Yrs » SCM 4-6 Yrs Specific Skill Required: SAP SCM-IBP consultant with experience with multiple SAP-IBP projects and implementations.  In particular, consultant must be skilled in the optimization algorithms including experience tuning the optimization model and defining cost structures to drive model behavior. In addition the consultant should be skilled in performing design, configuration, testing, and implementation within IBP Modules. Knowledge of HCI, master data, purchasing, and subcontracting integration is also required. Consultant must have good communication skills and be able to work in a team setting with team members of varying levels of expertise in the business process and system solution. Position description: • Tuning and refinement of optimization models to achieve desired business results • Working with business end users on what-if scenarios associated with their optimization models • Deliverables will include general process documentation, knowledge transfer to Client project resources, functional designs, configuration rationales, and other supporting documents as required. • Cutover and implementation support of the supply planning solution for one or more businesses in Client. Implementation support will include supporting both the project team as well as business end users directly. • Support may involve travel to end user home sites for direct support as necessary based on hypercare/project need. • This role will also be expected to interact with business end users so good communication skills is required.This role will also be expected to teach/consult with existing staff
