We have a Demandware Tech Lead Position. Selected candidates must be willing to join at a short notice.

  

The ideal candidates will possess the following:

 

Must Have Skills:

• Demandware technology expertise and platform implementation experience
• Working with and leading distributed teams for Demandware implementation

 

Desired Skills:

• Ecommerce Domain Experience,
• Experience in scripting skills.

 

Job Roles / Responsibilities:      

·       Participate and lead software design, development, and implementation

·       Assist in the conceptual and technical design of the Ecommerce solution.

·       Performance tuning of Demandware Ecommerce Applications.

·       Ensure application architecture standards, policies and procedures are implemented and followed.

·       Work with business teams to discuss, recommend, explain, and reconcile desired functionality and technology capabilities

·       Work with the business to get the clarifications for the team and to make sure the solutions/ deliverables are aligned to customer expectations and standards

·       Provide solutions to the technical issues faced by the team with the Demandware Subject Matter Expertise

·       Expected to stay abreast of web technologies and share new ideas and techniques that are relevant to the Ecommerce space
