Role                                       : Business Analyst with experience in Local government projects in CA

Experience level              : Senior, 8-10yrs of exp

Duration                              : 12 Months

Location                               : Irvine, CA

 

The detail description for this position:
• Works with City of Irvine business partners to elicit and articulate high-level business requirements, capture business needs and develop business cases, use cases, test cases, and acceptance criteria.
• Assesses the risks of various solutions and prioritizes competing business demands.
• Manages ongoing relationships with business partner to drive satisfaction with IT.
• Coordinates project delivery by participating in product backlog analysis test and acceptance criteria walk-throughs, and design reviews to communicate project progress.
• Obtains key inputs from enterprise architecture teams and identifies solution interdependencies.
• Engages with knowledge workers to incorporate usability and user interface needs with designing systems.
• Manages relationships and monitors vendor SLAs.
• Experienced working Local Government project initiatives; Community Development, Community Services, Public Works, Public Safety, Financial and Human Resources business operations.
• Experienced working in a vendor management relationship with systems that provide ERP, Asset and Maintenance Management, Customer Relationship and Service Management, and Public Service Management.
