NOTE: lease search for RSA below listed tools as primary skills and we can train Symantec VIP if you are not finding all three tools in one person.

 

Mandatory Skills (Pls. detail as much as possible)	• 8 to 10 years of experience in Identity and access management area with below tool experience  • Required Experience in following production/tools  o Symantec VIP EG 9.7.0  o -          RSA Authentication Manager 8.2 o -          RSA adaptive Authentication 7.1 with Juniper 2.3  and Siteminder  2.4 Adapter & oracle DB 11G • To support - Internal developed framework .  Familiarity and hands on with following is required.  o   MIT Kerberos 1.10.3 o   Freeradius : 2.2  upgrading to 3.11 o   Tacacs  0.9  o   Openldap 2.4.43  o   Sdtacacs
Job Roles/Responsibilities (Pls. detail as much as possible)	• Hands-on Technical Lead for Multi factor authentication integration and architecture guidance to application and system teams.  This also includes a deep understanding of the overall Identity and Access Management services arena support and maintain the infrastructure for RSA (Authentication Manager and Adaptive Authentication). • Developing two factor solutions in compliance with security policies and audits. • Ensuring / supporting RSA availability for Global Applications / Systems. • Partnering with system and application teams including Enterprise Architecture to determine / create integration strategies / patterns that are secure.  This includes a deep understanding of systems and technologies across various technical platforms to make secure integration decisions. • Driving on boarding of new integrations to RSA. • Troubleshooting issues of various complexities including highly complex multi factor authentication across RSA technologies including RSA Authentication Manager, RSA Adaptive Authentication and supporting technologies. • Subject Matter Expert and support person for two factor environment and implementations. • Technical leader to other junior team members. • Creating presentations and presenting to various levels in the organization. • Providing guidance and expertise in wide application outages and root cause determination. • Monitoring key metrics to understand use of RSA environment and determine any potential intrusion. • Symantec VIP - Two Factor Authentication Security Architecting, Security Consulting, • Troubleshooting experience with Symatec VIP and maintenance experience  • Experience in Ping Federate setting up new federation connections in-bound and out-bound • Highly knowledgeable and experience in Kerberos, LDAP, SecurID, Radius, SUDO and troubleshooting the issues
