Senior Oracle BI Architect with SPSS Experience 

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Length: one Year 

Starting: ASAP

Looking for a data warehouse architect who is hands on with development in Oracle 11G and 12C. Have a solid understanding of data modeling and performance tuning. Experience working with high velocity and large data volume. Must have experience with integration. This resource must be working at an architect level from data modeling while still be hands on. The resource will be extracting data from Oracle 11G to Oracle 12C, 14Million records per hour and build data model to support predictive analysis in SPSS. 

 

• 10 years of data modeling experience with last 7 years working in Oracle 11G, 12C on Exadata and on regular RDBMS database
• MUST be able to performance Tune Oracle database with extraction experience from oracle, Maxim, Informix and various data sources
• Must be able to be hands on development in Oracle database. Must be able to setup a greenfield database with good data governance and best practices
• Must be able to do hand on development in SPSS Have understanding of predictive analysis and predictive model.
• Cognos is nice to have

Scope of the project see below

They are looking to setup a discovery production copy (only AMS, OMS Data but the data size is 4 TB). The discovery Production copy will be served as operation discovery zone where they can do all kind of modeling and predictive. Predictive will be done in SPSS and presentation will be in Cognos. Once they have complete the discovery they will transport what everything into production for production use.
