Position: Service Now CSM Lead
Location: Raleigh, NC
Duration: 3 months +
Scope: Lead who is expert with Customer Service Management (CSM), Incident, Configuration/CMDB to support a onsite workshop and then configure the solution. After the workshop, the consultant will focus on mainly CSM configuration. The workshop is 5 days onsite Jan 30 week in Raleigh NC
