QA Engineer

Century City, CA (LOCALS)

6 months +

Skype and F2F

 

The client is seeking someone with good Java development and Selenium skills.

 

Background

·         5+ years' experience, Quality Assurance Process Skillset - Test Estimation, Test case Preparation, Test Execution, Defect Management

·         2+ years' experience, QA testing Java applications

·         2+ years building automation test harnesses using Selenium

·         2+ years' experience, feature testing by Cucumber or other BDD tools

Technical Skill

·         HTML knowledge – developed level and up

·         OOP Java programming skill – developed level and up

·         Software design, build and deployment knowledge on JAVA platform – introduced level and up

·         BDD concept and Cucumber framework design experience. – developed level and up

·         Experience with Selenium WebDriver automation development. – mastered level

·         SQL/Oracle Database Query knowledge – developed level and up

·         Create manual use test case scenarios and test scripts based on Use Cases – mastered level.

·         API testing automation experience (SOAP & REST) – mastered level preferred

·         UNIX - Shell scripting knowledge (Linux) preferred

·         Client LoadRunner (other Client Testing product like Client QTP/UFT) experience preferred

·         Continuous Integration software (Jenkins, Bamboo) knowledge preferred

·         Experience in Agile-Scrum

·         Experience in both Manual and Automated testing.
