Job Description:
The consultant should have strong experience and knowledge about VARIABLE COMPENSATION
Required Skills:
· Strong background in compensation planning and administration, specifically with forms of variable compensation (e.g. monthly commissions, quarterly or annual incentives) Compensation Administration Process Design
· Strong background in PeopleSoft Compensation
· Knowledge of US domestic payroll processes and calculations
· Strong experience in functional testing, including setting up of test cases and scenarios and tracking expected results
· PeopleSoft Incentive Compensation
· PeopleSoft HCM Payroll
· Functional Test Planning-Preparation-Execution
· Ability to use Microsoft Excel
