JD: Administers the Crystal server reporting environments and ensure that user administration is performed to meet services level agreements and standards

·         Ability to Install and configure SAP Crystal Server ( Business Objects BI Platform 4.1)

·         Service Desk web interface, Central Management Server Database, File Repository Services, SAP Crystal Reports Processing Services; Scheduling Services

·         Monitors and audits Crystal reporting environments for hardware, software, memory, storage, user, report utilization and performance metrics that are critical to normal production operations and make sure the system continues to function in a consistent and expected manner.
