Position: IT Asset Specialist
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 7+ Months
Job description
· Participate in building dashboards to provide associated IT asset roll-up to manager and individual users. Will assist with data management for IT Asset Management (ITAM) records. Manage data remediation programs on assigned assets and report progress on data integrity. Work with team to build data integrity model for global ITAM tracked information.
Responsibilities:
· Initiate internal data audits to ensure compliance.
· Assist in identifying process gaps through data analysis.
· Provide recommendations on process changes to improve data integrity
· Initiate internal data audits to ensure compliance.
· Provide additional program and project support for ad hoc assignments as required by ITAM
· Update data sets in support force and ensure data integrity.
· Provide support for data procurement
Qualifications:
· Proficiency in Excel
· Knowledge in Lifecycle Management.
· Excellent data analytics
· Communication skills (both verbal and written).
· Skills in compiling and analyzing large amounts of data from several sources.
· Experience in conducting audits and remediation
· Innovative thinker who is positive, proactive and readily embraces change.
Additional Qualifications:
· Familiarity working with Apple, Dell, HP, Hardware and operating systems
· Previous experience working with IT Asset Management team or similar Asset Management team environment.
· Case management and process experience
