Position: Senior Solution Architect – (Data Analyst III)
Location: San Francisco, CA
Duration: 6+ Months
Description
We are seeking an experienced Contractor to support a Senior Solution Architect on the Information Technology (IT) Mergers and Acquisitions (m&a) team. You will work directly with acquired companies, IT and select business constituencies to understand and deliver key Account mapping and data quality reports.
The Contractor's responsibilities will include:
- Ensure adherence to corporate data security requirements for the storage, transportation and retention of data
- Collaborate with acquired companies to improve Account Data Quality
- Perform Data Analysis using existing Relational Database (postgresql) data sets and queries
- Produce Account data quality metrics for acquired companies
- Maintain high level of quality in Account Mapping relationships across salesforce Orgs
- Extract-Transform-Load (ETL) for select Account data sets
Required Skills/Experience:
- 2-4 years experience as a data analyst or similar role
- Relational Database concepts and technologies (SQL)
- Salesforce - experience with the Salesforce Account-centric Data Model
- Methods to assess Data Quality and iteratively improve Data Quality
- Ability to provide analysis and insight based on partial information
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to work well in a team environment
- Must be comfortable with changing requirements and priorities and working in a fast paced, high pressure environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively with different levels
