·         Description

·         Seeking a 6 – 9 month SDET/QA contract position to implement system level and semi-automation tests for both a B2B data processing web-services offering (SaaS) and mobile connectivity package. 

·          Responsibilities include estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities. 

·         Also, ensuring quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked and resolved. 

·         Project includes a small team of two developers and a project manager with key interactions to a larger development team at partnering organization.

 

·         Key Qualifications

·         Passionate about software testing with the key ability to think critically about breaking software

·         Strong experience with Test Automation theory with hands-on experience with at least one popular automation framework

·         Strong experience with C#

·         Experience testing REST APIs

·         Experience testing web-based User Interfaces

·         Experience with Android/iOS testing

·         Experience Jenkins Continuous Integration a plus

·         JIRA or similar issue tracking software a plus

·         TestRail or similar test case tracking software a plus

·         Experience with Microsoft Azure platform a plus

·         Experience with network traffic monitoring a plus  

·         Time-estimation skills for setting management expectations are strongly desired

·        Experience;

·        Candidate is expected to have a B.S. degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited university plus at least 3 years of software testing experience.

·         Further, it is strongly desired that candidate can demonstrate a passion for software Quality Assurance and testing automation with real-world project citations.
