Job Description, Required Skills, Education, Experience:

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to create test scenarios that model desired system behavior

Write automated system tests in Java & Cucumber

Create and enhance market simulators to enable testing of emerging scenarios

Ensure the timely and continuous operation of the automated test suite in the development environment

Maintain wiki documentation regarding the operation of the automated test suite

Work with developers to enhance their understanding and use of automated test suite

Collect and report on test suite metrics

Requirements:

3+ years Java development

3+ years in software testing role

Must demonstrate experience with Behavior Driven or Test Driven Development

Oracle Database and SQL

Git, Mercurial, SVN, or similar source control system

Experience in Unix or Linux environments

BS in Computer Science or closely related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred:

Cucumber, JBehave, Spock, RSpec, or other BDD Framework

Agile team experience

Atlassian tools: JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence

Financial experience helpful, but not required
