Job Title: WFM NICE IEX Engineer
Location: Horsham, PA or Eden Prairie, MN
Duration: 6+Months Contract
Job Responsibilities:
This position is to assist with the day to day support of the CSS NICE IEX platform.

What are the top responsibilities for this position?
This position will provide support and maintenance of UnitedHealth Group's workforce optimization tools for the contact center with an emphasis on the Nice WFM (IEX) product. The position's
responsibilities will include incident and problem management, planning and execution of maintenance activities, vendor management, and serving as an application subject matter expert for upgrades, projects and integration efforts.
What software tools/skills are needed to perform these daily responsibilities?
• 2+ years experience using or supporting Nice workforce optimization tools or similar tools from a different vendor such as Aspect or Verint
• 2+ years application or infrastructure support in a large enterprise environment
• 2+ years experience with Windows Server 2008/2012 and Windows applications.
What skills/attributes are a must have?
2+ years experience using or supporting Nice workforce optimization tools or similar tools from a different vendor such as Aspect or Verint.
Ideally 2 plus years supporting a NICE IEX 4.6 platform
