​Immediate Need Team center DBA  

Role : Team center DBA   

Location : Houston, TX 

Hourly Rate : Open

12 Months+

 

Job description & Skills :

 

•         Must have a minimum of 8 years Team center DBA experience.

•         Experience with Oracle 11g

•         Experience in implementing Oracle and Siemens best practices/performance guidelines

•         SGA/PGA value optimization 

•         DB Index Maintenance

•         Custom Schema creation

•         Server sizing experience

•         Experience in setting Db Crons/ stored procedures

•         Knowledge on Teamcenter Application and its Modules

•         Troubleshooting through Teamcenter  journaling/syslog files

•         Knowledge on TC DB utilities

•         Working knowledge of Oracle in a Linux/Solaris required.

•         Experience working with and troubleshooting Oracle RAC databases required.

•         Experience in Shell scripting

•         Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple workloads and projects with minimal supervision.

•         Excellent oral and written communication skills.

•         Experience in capacity planning.

•         Ability to function successfully in a highly stressful, 24x7 mission critical environment.
