Work Location: Mount Laurel, NJ

Job Description:-

• Minimum 8 years of experience in test Performance 

• Well versed with all 4 phases of test Performance – planning, scripting, execution & reporting

• Driver of test engagement from start to finish

• Works with Testing App Manager and peers to define performance testing strategies, plans and approaches for the give system under test.

• Experience in performance testing framework for different sets of systems such as web, mainframe, web services, database.

• Identifies performance test environment requirements and works with the infrastructure, network operations, environment and release teams to setup the environment for effective SLA measurements.

• Works with the different project stakeholders to help define and document performance SLAs, requirements and expectations around critical factors such as response time, throughput, transactions/second, concurrent users, CPU utilization, memory, disk, network utilization, thread counts, connection pooling, hit ratios, etc.

• Develops data driven test scripts and executes performance and load testing of the applications.

• Designs and executes daily load tests as well as large system level performance tests.

• Collects, analyzes and reports performance testing results to the project, program and business stakeholders.

• Collaborates with the test automation team to leverage reusability of existing scripts.

• Creates knowledge management related deliverables such as tools related processes and procedures.

• Performs other duties as assigned by management.

• Excellent communication with Project stakeholders, LOBs and cross test teams

• Technical ability to create re-usable automation framework, develop and execute scripts in HP UFT/QTP; demo and transition scripts to cross test teams

• Efficient in Test management in HP ALM, Preferred industry experience in Banking (Retail, Commercial, Payments and Loans).
