Must have:

Strong MongoDB database design experience.

Sound knowledge on MongoDB collection and indexes & aggregation framework.

Proficient in designing and developing enterprise solutions using MongoDB.

Responsible for data migration including scripts.

Hands on operational experience like scaling, HA, monitoring, security and backup.

Good to have:

MongoDB Clustering and Sharding experience.

Knowledge on migration tools like mongodbpumper etc.
