Java Developer with MS Office/Visio, JavaScript, XML/XSL, Eclipse, HTML, CSS, SOAP/WSDL, Oracle and Websphere experience

Experience as a Java developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing. Required 5 Years

Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues. Required 7 Years

Experience in translating and communicating technical concepts to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. Required 5 Years

Experience with creating and writing technical documens using MS Office products, Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required 5 Years

Ability to develop relationships/partnerships with customer by responding to needs and exhibiting an sense of urgency; independently identify options. Required 5 Years

Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow complex and/or detailed technical procedures. Required 7 Years

Experience using JavaScript. Required 5 Years

Technical knowledge in the following areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2EE, J2SE, XML, and XSL. Required 5 Years

NC FAST requires the services of 8 senior level Java Developers to assist with development activities for NC FAST Project 4.

NC FAST seeks 7 contract Senior Java Developers to assist with the development and implementation of NC FAST Projects. These resources will have delivery responsibilities as part of NC FAST to work closely with senior technical consultants on case management system design and development. Duties include assisting with design requirements development, code development, Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions, functional design and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST. Responsibilities also include reporting status to the project manager and adhering to DHHS policies and procedures.
