Job Title: SAP MM Consultant

| Essential Skills | ? Provide business and system knowledge in the area of SAP MM (PUR, IM, MRP included), WM, and QM modules functions. Expert functional business process and SAP technical knowledge in the areas of MM, WM and QM modules is expected, as well as experience with processes standardization and harmonization. ? Requirements gathering, solutioning, system configuration, testing, training, documentation and any tasks for the applications and interfaces managed by the team that arise within an application project implementation, or change request management.
? Software and application solution expertise and related consulting according to resp. modules / products and legacy systems (as required).
? Experience in distribution center (DC) start up, closure of warehouses, conversion of inventory-managed storage to a warehouse system-managed warehouse, and transfer of inventory from one warehouse to another.
? Customizing release strategies, batch management, serial number management, RF-based material movement transactions, special stock handling / hazardous material management setup, wave deliveries / picking, stock transfer orders, special SAP solutions for physical inventory, system guided put away, RF queue management, RF productivity monitoring, and cubing logic.
? Route and freight determination processes, pooling, RGA/reverse logistics, kitting procedures, DC replenishment processes from sourcing plants.
? All uses of Quality Management in the different processes within a company. All Quality Management functions in SAP, including quality planning, quality inspection, quality certificates, quality notifications, quality control, etc.
? Label printing, user exits, Logistics Information System, ABAP queries, end-user authorizations, and ABAP performance / fine tuning.
? Work across SAP module boundaries and integrate SAP MM / WM / QM with SD, PP, Service, Project and FICO modules.
? Managing day to day operations of the project
? Efficient communication skill
? Team leader and able to motivate
? Ability to work with remote teams
? Handle customer escalations promptly? Self driven and result oriented.
? Executes the design, development, testing and documentation of programs, custom reports and lay-out sets.
? Responsible for the development of add-ons (such as reports, user exits, interfaces, layouts) according to the specification developed and or agreed by Solution Manager/Architects
? also, ?Keeping of standards that are defined by organization.
? Assisting in effort estimations (incase working on enhancements) based on specification of the requirements. Providing feedback about the progress of the development? Ability to support IT and business audits
? Ability to build and manage effective documentation
? Ability to test and support business testing as per defined test management processes.
