Job Title: Master Data Management (MDM) Developer

Ø " Effective conceptualization, design thinking skills and be able to translate the business process, data architecture model and provide key design inputs for technical teams
Ø .• Be an excellent communicator and collaborator across multiple technical and business stakeholders and leaders.
Ø • Demonstrate the ability to work well with others
Ø • Business domain, data/content and process understanding
Ø • Data-modeling and information classification expertise at the enterprise level
Ø • Relevant experience in enterprise information solutions and capabilities, such as master data management (MDM), metadata management, analytics, data integration, and governance, related information management or information infrastructure components incl. data security would be necessary
Ø • Familiarity with MDM, BI, and data warehouse design and implementation techniques.
Ø • Knowledge of problem analysis, structured analysis and design, and programming techniques.
Ø • Ability to assess rapidly changing technologies and apply them to business needs.•
Ø Ability to analyze project, program and portfolio needs, as well as to determine the resources needed to achieve objectives and overcome cross-functional barriers.
Ø • A minimum of seven years of experience in IT, with at least three to five years' of relevant experience as business analyst / information architect in design of data warehouse / reporting solutions
Ø • Lead and manage a team of information architects, with subject matter experience in finance area
Ø • Hands-on experience implementing data and analytics management programs, the candidate should have relevant experience of collaborating with several roles aligned to data and analytics including Data technical architects, data stewards, business analysts etc
