I am urgently looking for Business Analyst(Property & Casualty) in Brea, CA. Please let me know once you are interested.

Job Description:

·         Solid understanding of system integration methods such as web services and xml

·         Good skills in SQL, PL/ SQL for performing database queries to validate requirements

·         Solid understanding of Agile development practices

·         Desired Experience with any of the following:

·         Experience of Salesforce CRM

·         Experience with eCommerce solutions and technologies

·         Experience with Content Management Systems

·         Experience with packaged insurance solutions; configuration and integration

 

Experience Required:

• 9-10 + years eliciting, analyzing, specifying, verifying, documenting and managing highly complex business requirements
• Solid understanding of property/causality insurance business
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Solid understanding of Agile development practices
• Familiarity with development methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Rational Unified Process (RUP). 
• Knowledge in one or more technical areas that support application development, applications, or infrastructure components. Knowledge of business process framework.
• Expert knowledge and demonstrated expertise in Conceptual design, User-centered design, end-to-end experience design, Information architecture, Workflow analysis, User research & validation, business acumen, use of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies & tools, Workforce planning and management, ESDm, requirements specification, static testing, traceability, test script creation/execution, test strategy creation/execution.
