Title: SAP Plant Maintenance
Location: Findlay, OH
Duration: 5 Months and can be extended to 1 year
Job Description:
TO UNDERSTAND CLIENT BUSINESS REQUIREMENT AND PROPOSE SOLUTIONS WHICH MEETS CUSTOMER NEED. (1.) To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project (2.) To analyse customer process need in implementation engagement and provide solution to meet business objective (3.) To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs (4.) To participate in team meetings (5.) To interact with the client and other functional teams for gaining understanding of the requirements
Additional Requirement:
· need Consultant Mature or Sr. Consultant Entry. Client wants to see CV's ASAP. Initial duration is 5-6 months, with likely extension to 1 year.
· Good understanding of Plant Maintenance concepts & configuration (work management, maintenance strategies, Equipment Master, BoM, S/N, etc.)
· High level understanding of Refining Process Model, Maintenance Model and Plan to Repair process
· Familiar with Recommendations, Notifications, Planning, Scheduling, Work Order, etc.
· Integration knowledge & experience with other SAP module include SAP MM/WM, Costing.
· Understanding of Turnarounds/Projects in Refinery Process will be an added advantage.
· Working experience of Data Migration Project with Experience in Data Migration techniques, model and tools
· Some technical knowledge of SAP Table structure, User Exit, Functional module, Bapi etc.
· Ability to write functional specification, testing and de-bug.
· Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, relational database functions (such as VLOOKUP)) & HPQC Tool.
· Creative thinking and problem solving skills & Problem recognition and trouble-shooting skills
· Pattern recognition (recognition of exceptions to the rule, data inconsistencies)
· Data Quality and Integrity – need some recognition of what are valid values for data being considered and guide data correction and cleansing efforts.
Communication – oral and written – need to be able to discuss issues and concerns with the Work managers and SMEs.Thanks & Regards
