-          Architect, Design and build embedded software applications for use on 8bit and 16bit microcontrollers, both individually and in collaboration with other software engineers.

-          Follow department standards and procedures for development of good software.

-          Utilize programming skills and knowledge in a variety of development environments.

-          Use various tools to test, debug and verify software designs.

-          Contribute insights into methods of development, validation, and release of software.

-          Draw on skills for troubleshooting to solve problems.

-          Work hands-on with embedded circuits during the course of development of products.
